IKAA Gathering 2010

Registration
Each Gathering participant should take responsibility for preparing themselves to travel to South Korea, including obtaining a current passport. Participants should make sure to get their own travel insurance plan and check themselves if any type of visa is required to traveling to the Gathering. IKAA is not responsible for travel liabilities.

All registrations are subject to space availability and will be available on a first come, first served basis. Registration is not complete until payment has been received. Cancellation: Prior to April 30, 2010, it is possible to cancel the registration and receive a refund, minus a non-refundable $25 processing fee per person. After April 30, 2010, there will be no refunds. Refunds must be requested in writing or by email to registration@ikaa.org - no refunds will be made online.

Pre-registration for Workshops
Pre-registration for workshops and sessions is only available to registered Gathering participants. While pre-registration is not necessary, it is highly recommended to ensure a seat. Seats will be subject to availability and those who pre-register will be given preference for entry.

Adoptee World Cup Registration (Players)
All players have to be approved by their team captains. Registrations to the Adoptee World Cup are therefore only valid when approved by the team captains. A confirmation will be sent by email. Payment has to be completed prior to the event. All players must wear their official uniform to enter the game. No additional patches, logos, names of designs will be allowed, without the pre-approval of the IKAA sponsors and the tournament committee.

Cell Phone Registration
The Gathering Committee has arranged for pre-paid cell phones for Gathering participants.  Payment, registration and a copy of the participant’s passport photo must be submitted by Wednesday, July 14, 2010.  If these are not completed by the deadline, the IKAA Gathering Committee has the right to decline cell phone purchases.
Cell phone purchases are subject to limited availability on a first come, first served basis.  Purchases are not complete until payment and passport photo is received.  Refunds must be requested in writing or by email to directory@ikaa.org before July 20th and are subject to a $5 processing fee per cell phone.
