Gathering Registration

Each Gathering participant should take responsibility for preparing themselves to travel to the Gathering, including obtaining a current passport. Participants should make sure to get their own travel insurance plan and check themselves if any type of visa is required to traveling to the Gathering.

All registrations are subject to space availability and will be available on a first come, first served basis. Registration is not complete until payment has been received.

Once you have completed and submitted your online registration form, you will receive an automated confirmation.

Please note: If you do not receive an automated reply, your registration is not complete, so please contact the Registration Committee. (If you have checked PayPal as payment mode, check your PayPal account first to see if any amount has been withdrawn).

You will also receive an official confirmation email from the Registration Committee within 2 business days. If you do not receive an email from the Registration Committee after 2 business days, please contact: registration@ikaa.org.

IKAA Forum & Community

To get access to the IKAA Forum & Community, the subscriber has to be a Korean adoptee of min. 18 years.
